Comment: The hotel was very nice under any circumstances, but when I left my pillow there the staff jumped into action and mailed it to me in a few short time. I really appreciate such care.

Comment: This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Several outdoor seating areas to enjoy the scenic views. Our room was clean and attractive. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast and snack was way above the normal fare you usually get. We enjoy the large selection of hot breakfast foods and the different items offered for afternoon snack. The pool area and fitness room were nice, attractive, and clean also. Comment: My husband and I celebrated his retirement recently by staying in the Holiday Inn Express in Raton. His supervisor from Denver and a co-worker from Pueblo and their wives joined us for a two-day stay. We all thoroughly enjoyed the excellent customer service, the delicious snack and breakfast bar, and the beautiful, comfortable rooms. A big "Thank You" to the staff!
